(A club whose turn it is to provide the Area Registrar for the year is also required to host a Referee Course and a Referee Refresher Course. Below find the requirements for a suitable locale to host such course. A club who cannot provide a suitable locale must make arrangements with another club. Securing a surrogate host does not free the club from its obligations as a host. Any expenses arising from the duty to host the referee courses must be borne by the hosting club).
