League Registrar Job Description

1) Conduit between Clubs and League Executive Board

2) Conduit between Clubs and League Area Registrars

3) Approves Area Registrars nominated by Clubs

4) Trains Area Registrars

5) Supervises Area Registrars

6) Sees to it that Clubs register their Club in time

7) Sees to it that Clubs register their teams, their Coaches and fields in time

8) Approves Clubs to "trade mark" within the League their team names

9) Approves roster changes during the four weeks after beginning of the season

10) Approves roster changes after the fourth weekend of the season. Ensures that Team Balancing internal to Club is maintained.

11) Presents any requests for change of Team minimum or maximum number of players to the General Meeting for approval.

13) Issues any Coaches Passes after the Beginning of the season

14) Approves roster changes during the four weeks after beginning of the season

15) Provides each Club at the February Meeting with the necessary Club Registration material in hard or in soft copy.

16) Provides each Club during the period from the February Meeting to the May Meeting with the necessary Team, Coaches, and Field Registration material in hard or in soft copy.

17) The League President will handle ALL communications with Clubs or Parents regarding permission for players to play in a Division lower than mandated by the NWBSA Rules of Competition

18) Assist with the training Club Registrars
